According to the Federal law, the transcripts may only be requested by the person whose name is on the transcripts.

Transcript orders are processed as they are received. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for the other school to receive them from the date you submit the request.

However, ALL of your financial services MUST be in good status before the Registrar's office approves the request.
